Story
Darius has been in training with his owner for the past eight years and joined Jaralyn in March 06. Darius's re-entry into the show arena with Jaralyn has been successful, competing at 3rd and 4th level in 2006 and debuting at Prix St. George and Intermediare in 2007. Darius thinks it is fabulous that he has the opportunity to show off in the ring, frequently offering up better quality work when the bell rings than he can quite motivate to provide during training.
Finnikin

Finnikin was imported in May of 2007 by previous owner Anne Hurwitz who showed him successfully at third and fourth levels earning her USDF Bronze medal and scores toward her Silver. Jaralyn has shown Finnikin at the Prix St. Georges and Intermediare levels in 2007, and qualifed at Prix St. Georges for BLM's and Region 1 GAIGS in 2008.

Jaralyn bought Brio in 2003 as a 5, nearly 6 year old. Brio is a wonderful mover, and extremely sweet with very large gaits and in need of a strong rider. He qualifed for the Region 8 Training Level Championships in 2005, and began competing 1st and 2nd Level in 2006. Injuries kept Brio from competing later in 2006 and 2007. Brio and Jaralyn qualified for BLM's at 2nd and 3rd level, and Regional Championships at 2nd level in 2008.
Brio's Favorite Things: Eating. Working. Standing stock still in the center of the ring pretending he's a hunter at the ingate. Medium Trot. Flying Changes. Shamelessly spooking at the same corner of the ring. Ear rubs. Peppermint candies.

"Charmant Magister"
11yo Westphalen, owned by Carol Stuart. "Chad" was a an event horse before coming full time into dressage. He completed two Preliminary level events with the reknowned Phillip Dutton, but didn't have the speed to go further. Leaving eventing behind, he started 2008 at 1st level in the show ring, and is schooling 2nd/3rd level at home. Chad qualifed for BLM's and GAIG/Regional Championships. Owner Carol Stuart has her sights on showing him herself in 2009!

Coriolanus aka "Buster"

Heather bought Buster 10 years ago intending him to be a lower level event/dressage horse. Buster has exceeded everyone's expectations, starting at First Level with Jaralyn in 2000 and reaching 4th level in 2006. Buster qualifed for USDF Region 8 Championships for First Level in 2002 and 3rd Level in 2006. Since Jaralyn left Massachusetts in the fall of 2006, Heather has been competing him successfully herself at Training and First levels, under the guidance of trainer Lainey Johnson. Buster qualified with Heather for the USDF Region 8 Championships at Training and First levels in 2007.
Buster's Favorite Things: Pretending he's not a dressage horse. Acting like he's green when he gets to a horse show. Pulling his blankets off the door. Haycubes. Flying changes, requested or not.
